Go to Saved Items and click + Add Item. You can upload a receipt photo (we'll OCR it automatically), scan your Gmail or another email inbox for order confirmations, or add the item manually.
Connect your Gmail account from the dashboard using Google's secure OAuth. We search your inbox for receipts and order confirmations, then parse the details automatically. We only request read-only access — we never send or delete emails.

You can also narrow the scan by providing a subject keyword (e.g. "your order", "receipt") or pasting a specific email link to point directly at one message — useful when you know exactly which email contains the warranty info.
If you have two-factor authentication enabled (most accounts do), your regular password won't work for IMAP connections. You need to generate an app-specific password from your provider's security settings. When you click "Connect" on the email scan page and choose your provider, we walk you through the exact steps.
Yes. You'll receive in-app notifications 30 days, 7 days, and 1 day before a warranty expires. You can manage notification preferences from your account settings.
On any saved item, click Check Coverage to describe an issue you're experiencing. Our AI will tell you whether it's likely covered under your warranty and, if so, walk you through how to file a claim. This feature is available on Pro and Ultimate plans.
Go to Saved Items, find the item, and click View Docs. In the document viewer you'll see a ↓ Download button next to each document (receipt and warranty card).

All your data is isolated to your account — no other user can see your items or documents. Email credentials for non-Gmail providers are only held in your browser session and never written to disk. Receipt images are stored on our server and accessible only to you.
