By creating an account or using Warranty Vaults, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Subscription & Billing

  • Free — up to 15 receipts, no AI features
  • Pro — $2.99/month
  • Ultimate — $4.99/month

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, upload harmful or illegal content, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

5. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs — including warranty coverage assessments and claim drafts — are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice and may not be accurate. Always verify coverage directly with your warranty provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warranty Vaults shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Warranty Vaults from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Florida, United States. You waive any right to a class action lawsuit.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
